Can't hear myself think

My heart beat is in my head. boom boom boom....
I can't hear myself think, my head hurts so bad. Friends ask me how do I live with chronic pain. I just do. I have to. I have three beautiful annoying loving screaming full of energy kids that I have to take care of. I don't show my pain. I can't. I can't hear three little voices (well just two right now) asking me what's wrong all the time.
So, what is my next step. I don't know.
I've been to MI, PA, Duke, MCV, UVA, John Hopkins, really, what else is left. I've looking into a pain management center, but, I'm only afraid they want to do more test, or injections. I've been through that so much, I don't even want to try anymore. It hurts. Botox made me worse. Injections made my everything stiff, and hurt worse too. Being the human pin cushion isn't my idea of fun. SO, until I find the right fit, it's just put on a smile and live through the pain.
